Casa Quinta Mar is a beautiful country house with a large garden and swimming pool, ideal for families or groups of friends. with 2 accommodation options: GROUND FLOOR - up to 12 people, ideal for 8-10, and HOUSE+LOFT (Entire house) - Up to 16 people, ideal for 10-12 Located in El Tule, home to the ancient ahuehuete tree, the Tule Tree, which is visited by thousands of tourists from around the world each year. Less than 20 minutes from the city of Oaxaca, it offers an incredible opportunity to visit the city and go sightseeing from our house, enjoy country life, hiking and biking trails, strolls through the town, and, of course, the wonderful experience of staying with us.

Booking: Sandra, USA, Calificación 10, August 2025. The house is beautiful! Days before our arrival our host Adela reached out to find out details of our arrival and needs. Upon arriving at the property, she greeted us and gave us a tour of the home, and was always very attentive to all our needs/requests, very quick to respond to our texts and calls. We had a large group of 14 people, including 5 teenagers that enjoyed the large backyard and pool. The second floor has amazing views of the mountains, my favorite spot to drink my coffee every morning. The kitchen is so big and open, we enjoyed having our family meals there. We had the best family time and look forward to returning to Casa Mar in the futur

The house was super comfy and full of thoughtful detail and design. The yard and pool were amazing for the kids to run, play, jump, swim, and just enjoy the greenery. Walkable from the very cute town of Tule which has great food and an interesting center square. Simple drive to Oaxaca central. And since it's east of Oaxaca, it made it easier / shorter to do lots of the day trips to various locations that are that direction. Adela was so helpful with whatever we needed or with any types of recommendations. A wonderful getaway and highly recommend!

Adella was an incredibly generous and gracious host, answering all questions immediately and giving us great recommendations for restaurants and sites to see. The house is beautifully decorated and cared for. We were treated like welcome guests more than like renters. We loved Tule and Oaxaca was 20 minutes away and an incredibly magical city
